COURTYARD COTTAGE
The cottages are a minute’s walk from the Manor and both look south-east across the main courtyard or west into their own private gardens with garden furniture. They each sleep 4 but can be joined together with a connecting door to sleep 8.
Courtyard Cottage has a very large sitting room with three large windows and open fire, and kitchen/dining room with windows at each end making it very light and airy. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, and a separate bath/shower room.
Central heating and electricity is included in the rental price.
3-Night Short Breaks are available at 2/3 of the weekly rate (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday nights or Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights)

Weekly Bookings for Courtyard Cottage are Friday to Friday. Arrival Times not before 3pm Departure by 10am.

EV Charging: £25 weekly charge for the use of EV charging.
DISCOUNTS: There is a 5% Discount for weekly bookings confirmed before Christmas. 5% discount for the second and subsequent weekly bookings in the same Summer Season.
"We stayed at the Courtyard Cottage for 23 days last year (sorry forgot to do this!). We had a wonderful stay, the owners were extremely pleasant and helpful, which only goes to enhance ones stay. The property was warm, homely and welcoming. The views are to be praised, mind it is Yorkshire you are looking at and that in itself is beautiful. Cannot recommend it enough, go try it, you will not be disappointed in the least."
