Equipment
All of our accommodation has the following equipment as standard.
TV, radio & DVD player,
Electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, hand mixer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing-machine tablets, dishcloths, kitchen roll, refuse bags.
Washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron,
Hair dryer, electric shaver points.
A selection of family games and books.
Extra electric heaters are available on request.
Telephone & WI-FI
Each property has a telephone accepting incoming calls, and we can enable it for outgoing calls, which are charged for at the end of your stay. Wireless internet access is available in most of the property.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Type 2 EV Charging point is available for use by guests (7kW).
Children & Babies
Cots and high chairs can be provided by arrangement. Please provide your own bedding for cots.
Towels and Linens
Bed linen and towels are included and changed on a weekly basis for stays of two weeks and more
Beds are made with duvets and full bed linen on arrival.
Tea towels are included
One hand towel & one bath towel per person are provided.
Cleaning Service
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. Should you like additional cleaning during your stay this can be arranged with prior notice.
If you are staying for two weeks or longer an interim bed change and bathroom clean is provided at weekly intervals.
Electricity & Heating
Electricity and LPG Central Heating are included in all properties. Logs from our own woods are provided free of charge for the stoves and open fires.
Children’s Play Area and Games Room
There is a children‘s climbing frame with swings, slide and climbing bars in the orchard, and a croquet lawn and barbecue area in the Walled Garden, where there is also a pool with stepping stones. In the interests of safety we ask that you supervise your children carefully. Footballs are not allowed in the Walled Garden.
The Games Room with pool table and table football is strategically placed and the wild hilarities cannot be heard in the apartments. Open from 8am to 8pm.
Fishing
Ingleby Beck tumbles through our woodland. The intrepid fisherman is welcome to fish for our wild brown trout. Access is free, but please provide your own equipment.
Car Parking & Bikes
Ample car parking is available at Ingleby Manor. Locked storage can be arranged for bikes; should you require this, please let us know in advance.
Ingleby Manor is a non-smoking establishment.
